One of the parameters set the value ranges.  I do not have the
reference in front of me now, but you can look it up too.  They are
documented in the same spot as the data format.  I believe the data is
just normalized to those max-values.  So figuring out how it lines up
should be pretty straight forward, basically range start + value /
max.
