I just ran a large backend job on my app.. this entailed running several
thousand tasks in 8 minutes or so.. which worked fine.. but 78 of the tasks
have been stuck sitting in the queue for the last 20 minutes.

I'm not over any quotas (Task Queue or general API quotas..).

The tasks are just sitting there.

It shows them as having been created 25 minutes ago and each task has an ETA
of about 20 minutes ago.

I can click "Run Now" on a task and it will say:

'Run Now request for task name "blah_taks" was successfully issued.'

But, nothing changes.

I tried pausing the queue, and then resuming it a couple of times. But that
did not work either.

If this was a small job.. I'd just purge them and reissue.. but I'd need to
manually get the info for each task name and issue a manual start for each
one.

Can anyone at Appengine have a look? Are these tasks just orphaned? I'll
amuse myself by figuring out the easiest way to reissue these specific jobs.

Thanks for info and assistance. Please e-mail me directly for appid.
