I have a developer account tied to my personal email address and I am trying to access the dashboard to administer my applications. It shows me that I have 8 applications left (I have created two) but I cannot get to the actual administration console. In the app engine launcher when I hit the Dashboard button it just sends me to the Create a New application page.
Specifically, I would like to add versioning and add billing information so I can start uploading images to the blobstore. Please help!
