Same problem for me. I was happily updating about 2 hours ago, and then I carried out another update that failed.
The situation now is: - It takes 14 minutes to deploy (tested 3 times.) - However, the old version is still the one that is running - The dashboard shows that 0 instances are running (despite the old version still running) - Disabling the app from the dashboard, appears to work (judging by all the messages), but the application is still running I'm glad that I'm not the only one experiencing this problem.
