Hi there is a .appcfg_cookies and an .appcfg_nag
I am pretty sure the stored user/id passwd is stored in cookies. nag stores a property about being told about updates to the sdk. --no_cookies prevents auth cookies from being stored, so I would check to see if there is a .appcfg_cookies even present and is writable.
