Yes, I am experiencing this as well. At 9:52am Pacific today my app (id: etsybs) in production just stopped logging - all severity levels. There was no change on my part, no deployments made or anything else. I waited for two hours and still nothing. At that point I tried deploying a new version and that didn't help. The logs have worked fine in production for the last two months. The logs work fine when running locally on the SDK. The code is fine for the app. Nothing has changed in it. http://www.etsyonsale.com
I checked on another app I have and the logs are working fine there (gqueues). So I think this problem is only affecting certain appIds. PLEASE check into this issue.
