About 30 minutes ago, our application started throwing all sorts of exceptions about:
OverQuotaError: The API call taskqueue.BulkAdd() required more quota than is available. The only thing I could see being over quota was Task Queue Stored Task Byte, so I updated queue.yaml and re-deployed. It took a couple of minutes, but the problem cleared up.
