Hey Ikai, I am using the custom domain login page, and though I am being authenticated, the authorization is giving me an access denied (Title bar says "Unauthorized (401)" and heading/body says "Unauthorized"/"You are not authorized to access this application.").
Again, this must have been caused by transitioning my account into the new infrastructure (for details, see http://www.google.com/support/a/bin/topic.py?topic=28917). This triggered the unauthorized bit, so I reverted my account, but that didn't work. I'd say a bug in the appengine auth part, not able to cope with the new infrasturcture just yet, and although I reverted my account, the regression seems to already have been triggered.
