I have now create a apigee account and add an API to connect to the SOAP Web Service. It works very well, but it doesn't resolve my initial problem : having IP (or range of IPs) that I can clearly identify to set to the SOAP Web Service authentication.
Or am I wrong and the IPs of Apigee are know? Thanks for your answers!
