hi all. i`m chinese so my visa card is transacted in china,so i can not use it to enable billing via google checkout. but after a little search i found this: http://code.google.com/support/bin/request.py?contact_type=AppEngineBillingSupport i`m wondering if this form can lead me enable billing with my visa card, and if so,after billing is enabled will there be something different on quota management? does anyone know something more about this?
