I'm running into a difficult problem: one of my users is complaining of a recurring connection problem with my app. It happens every other week or so, and persists for about 30 minutes. When she goes to my site (using Safari) at https://activegrade.appspot.com, she gets the error message:
Safari can't open the page "https://activegrade.appspot.com/" because Safari can't establish a secure connection to the server "activegrade.appspot.com" Her attempts don't seem to show up in any of my logs, which isn't surprising, but I'm not sure how to start diagnosing this problem. She can connect to other sites perfectly during this time. I can connect to my app during this time, so it's not a global problem. Does anyone have any advice about where to start figuring this out?
