It is pretty hard to debug a generic error message.  Try deploying
again and / or wait a while then check your apps logs again, make sure
you check the logs for the correct version.

If you still get that message with no log entries, post some config /
code.  Maybe your app.yaml, and at least the application setup from
your handler.  Probably want to include any relevant details, are you
using django for instance.
