Is there any concept of "night processing" within GAE? I realize that if a system is world-wide, it is 24x7 and it is never night. But if I wanted to do some map-reduce jobs, is there any cost savings or performance benefit to running them "off-hours" (supposing most of our user-base is in the USA)?
