Hi, i am running into the same problem.
I have an live app which has been running fine for days. Since a few hours (maybe earlier i don't know), posting to blobstore upload url's give this error page to users. The code for this version of the application has not changed in days and i am also experiencing the problem on other (more recent uploaded, but not default) versions of the app. The logs don't show any signs of errors.
