A couple of kids wont be able to trigger DoS blocks at Google.
If you saw the "http://sorry.google.com/";... page telling you
that issued too many requests it was due to the misconfiguration
Google had a couple of days ago. This is not a appengine problem
I suspect it was a misconfiguration between the Google Frontends
and the appengine instances.
