I've been having trouble changing budget for the last couple of hours. It keeps on returning the following error message:
Billing Command Failed There was an unexpected error and your budget settings were not saved. Please try again. If this problem persists, please contact support. I've tried to submit a support request through http://code.google.com/support/bin/request.py?contact_type=AppEngineBillingSupport but got no reply so far. Could anyone from GAE team help?
