Hi Ikai, Is there any ETA for how long it would take for the alias to be active once we have submitted the ticket? The reason for asking this is that we have to take the old app down to migrate the data, and the new app wont be active until the alias is up. We can do the estimation on the migration ourselves but without the ETA on creating the alias we cannot inform our customers and plan the migration.
