I recently went to add a new app and found the name to be used already. When I looked at the existing app it doesn't appear to have anything deployed yet. The name is unique enough to make me wonder when it was created and whether the other owner needs it anymore.
Is there a way to contact owners of other applications? Is there a way to know when an app was created?
