Did you have to modify your datastore queries to ensure stagnant objects were not returned? I have managed to keep the number of entities in my app down to two, one of which stores the other in a list. I'm not certain whether I'll have to modify my queries to prevent the issue discussed here: http://code.google.com/appengine/docs/java/datastore/hr/overview.html
