I think I have also seen that error when I've got an app set to use Google Apps accounts for authentication, but I am logged into the Admin Console with a Google Account.
I just went through a few of my apps, I have one app giving me an error on the Datastore Admin as well. Not sure what's going on with it at the moment. (something to add to my todo list) If you've only got a small number of records, you could delete them with the datastore viewer too.
