Did you find any solution? I am seeing the exact behavior ... but instead of 3 Always On instances I only have 2 Always On instances and 1 dynamic instance.
Interestingly, I am seeing my tasks executing on dynamic instance that results in a loading request. I use Spring framework and it is very expensive on loading requests ... so some of them end up in Hard deadline exceeded error. Right now there is very little traffic on my site and I am wondering why there is Dynamic instance at all?
