Hi, I'm desperate for someone's help from google as my app is hitting its limit and there is nothing I can do about it.
I've been trying to increase my daily quota from $1 to $3 all day today an its not working. Its just reverting back to $1 after a successfull google checkout order. It doesn't move from $1!
