Yesterday I've performed some tests with my app and loaded CPU up to 65% Dashboard reported Next quota reset: 10 hrs Now more than 12 hrs passed and Dashboard reports Next quota reset: 20 hrs but CPU time is still loaded at 65% and according to logs last access was more that 12 hrs before (when I tested my app)
