If you are not trying to log in with a Google Apps domain, have you tried clearing your cookies, using a different browser, or private / incognito mode? Sometimes stuff gets out-of-whack a bit. I would also suggest you try logging in at appspot.com/a/twilio.com -- perhaps your account was actually created with that address.
