When I deployed my new (gwt) application on Google Appspot, I had a complete dashboard to manage the application. I could for instance inspect the data source.
Then I deployed my application to my own domain (unclestock.com), which I requested via Google Apps. The application runs fine as an app engine service in my Google apps domain. The problem is that the dashboard of Google Apps does not provide features to manage the application, as was the case under Google Appspot.
