Hi - I would like to understand if google app engine is suitable for developing a social collaboration app with basic capabilities like member management, relationships, managing files, discussion forums, polls etc.
I know most of this functionality is pretty standard with open source CMS tools like Joomla. Please let me know if you have any experience in developing this with GAE.
