Hey guys, There's no limit to the number of requests a second, so I don't know where the 70 QPS number came from. In the default quota tier, you're limited to 86 million requests a day which translates to 1000qps if your traffic is totally evenly distributed (it never really is). Usually, however, anyone doing that much traffic needs more CPU quota. We'll spin up instances as long as your user facing requests are fast and your apps don't blow up during startup.
