First off, my post of this problem (May 6th) has disappeared from Discussions so I'm posting again. Issue is I have created ONE app. When I try to create a new one I get taken to that "once only" phone number/SMS confirmation page, which won't accept my input since I've used the number before to create my first app. App Engine DOES accept updates and new versions of the original app but that's it.
Google - PLEASE HELP. Developers will make your stuff glow in the skies, but only if you make it possible to advance.
