They would shut you down immediately, I am sure I am using ServerLoft for my dedicated servers, someone(a person) sent a copyright infringement report about a picture to them, they sent a ticket to me but I didn't receive it because my gmail wasn't accepting emails at that time, and they shut my server down in less than 24 hours, it also took them 6-7 hours to re-enable the server after I fixed the problem.
So it's soothing that GAE is on developer's side. If I was GAE I would create different IP pools and move such applications to a specific IP pool.
