Hi - I've posted an article about my experiences migrating from Master- Slave to High Replication:

My apps were down for far less time than the typical Master-Slave maintenance period, and have been more stable since the migration - far fewer datastore timeouts. In particular the datastore admin tool was a revelation, allowing fast transfer of data from old to new apps. I hope this article helps others on the journey. Cheers!
