Thanks for the reply. I have already tried to use https://appengine.google.com but to no avail.
This URL presents me with a way to create an account which I have already done. It gives me an error message telling be that the phone number supplied has already been used to create an account. I created the account a long time ago and do not remember if I defined any application name at that time. Thanks once again for taking interest and replying.
