Hi Vinuth, while it isn't CPU based, it is still paying for what you use, we
spin up and down instances as needed to serve traffic, these instances
incorporate CPU and Memory used.   Just to re-iterate from another response
I gave on this thread: Instance hours are billed for the instances being up
for an app.  This is one of the reasons that we are changing our scheduler,
to ensure we aren't creating instances that aren't needed and that we are
taking down instances once they are no longer needed.

I'm not quite sure how to answer the question, if you are asking what the
cost impact will be, once we have comparative bills available you'll be able
to see how much it will cost.
