It is my understanding and I can dig up the thread when it get home that ipv6 is supported by appengine if the visitors isp is on the google white list for ipv6.

What is your use case? Seems its a 'nice to have' but there is absolutly no requirement for ipv6. the vast majority of websites dont have any ipv6 support yet.
