Just thinking about this for a moment... wouldn't it be convenient if you
could just use a couple of Google nameservers as your domain's authoritative
nameservers with the result that *.yourdomain.com (and hey, also naked
yourdomain.com) are automatically handled by Google Apps & Appengine?

I guess there's a question of how to authenticate the domain owner, but you
could use the contact email addresses in the whois records.  Are there any
other issues with this?  It wouldn't be for everyone... but it would be
pretty cool.

It would be even cooler if we could add extra DNS records on the Google Apps
control panel.  Basically, let Google completely host DNS and integrate
tightly with Google services.  Even Rackspace and Amazon offer hosted DNS
now, why not Google?
