The part (s)he read was good enough for +1. :) Anyway, I agree with 1), but not with 2) (the part where it gradually increases to 100% new pricing. The reason I don't agree with 2) is that it invalidates the data you have in your dashboard. What's the point of knowing the 100% new pricing, if you're not going to be charged that after the first three months, but some other value. It's even harder to plan that way.
