AFAIK, Google checkout doesnt suppot Credit Card from mainland China. I tried to register as a HongKong citizen but failed. But until now, Google Checkout is the only way to pay App Engine and Google storage and other Google services.
Why does Google App Engine Discriminate against Chinese people?
