Pyramid is explicitly threadsafe is you follow the rules.

I would suggest most of the frameworks that come from a non appengine 
background will be.  As most of them have a async, or threaded model in the 
servers.

I would be more worried about pure appengine based frameworks as they may be 
using global module attributes as shortcuts or something like that
as they didn't have to worry about threading or shared global state. 
 (Though I doubt it)
