Ok, now something really weird is happening. I went into the datastore admin of the source application and initiated a copy. From the perspective of the source application it looks like everything worked fine and completed successfully. But, from the perspective of the target application, no data got transfered. The only indication there that anything happened is one log entry for /_ah/remote_api. What happened?
