In fact in the google page speed service FAQ it states My website is hosted on Blogger, Google Sites or Google App Engine. Can I still use Page Speed Service?Websites or domains hosted on Blogger, Google Sites or Google App Engine are currently not supported by Page Speed Service. Neither the serving domain, nor the reference domain can be hosted on one of these products. Such sites will already be CNAME'd to ghs.google.com. Which is pretty much what I said.
