I go to tons of meetups where someone announces, "I'm a biz-dev/marketing guy, you're a computer nerd (thanks bro), I have great ideas and if you're willing to work for sweat equity, I can give you some. But really, this just comes down to making connections. Meet people in person, befriend them, establish your own reputation, and earn their trust.
