I go to tons of meetups where someone announces, "I'm a biz-dev/marketing
guy, you're a computer nerd (thanks bro), I have great ideas and if you're
willing to work for sweat equity, I can give you some. Don't have funding
yet, hopefully can get some after you build a prototype for me."

Surely you can at least share the idea if you want a response? But really,
this just comes down to making connections. Meet people in person, befriend
them, establish your own reputation, and earn their trust.
