Why am i at 70 out of 100 when the daily limit is 7,000 API calls ?

Recipients Emailed 2% 35 of 2,000 Okay
Free Default Quota
Daily Limit Maximum Rate
Mail API Calls 7,000 calls 32 calls/minute
Have i missed something ? Thx
