Totally okay. In fact, we encourage this. Some people here have had success
with creating the account for their clients, and some have had success with
having their clients creating an account. The only thing to keep in mind is
that you have a 10 application limit per account, but we'll be happy to
increase this for legitimate use. When the new pricing kicks in, you should
be able to add new applications as needed because there will be a $9
baseline price for all billing enabled applications.
