Yeah, App Engine has been having a rough couple of days. Lots of anomalies of different types.
I can say my HR apps are not having many issues. The only real strange thing I've noticed with HR apps is funky stuff from the scheduler. For example, all of my instances died around 0300 GMT -- I saw this on both MS and HR apps.
