I'm developing an android app that connects to my GAE app, and I'm using the process outlined here for auth:
http://blog.notdot.net/2010/05/Authenticating-against-App-Engine-from-an-Android-app Last time I tried this code to retrieve the ACSID cookie about a week ago it worked fine. Since yesterday, its been giving me nothing but 500s DefaultHttpClient http_client = new DefaultHttpClient(); http_client.getParams().setBooleanParameter(ClientPNames.HANDLE_REDIRECTS, false); HttpGet http_get = new HttpGet("http:// test.hrkleio.appspot.com/_ah/login?continue=http://localhost/&auth=" + AuthToken); //Token retrieved from accountmanager, which is indeed returning a valid-looking token HttpResponse response; response = http_client.execute(http_get); if(response.getStatusLine().getStatusCode() != 302) // Getting 500 here return null; If this was an issue of a malformed request or an expired/invalid auth token from the account manager, I would expect something other than a 500 as a result. My app id is "hrkleio". -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google App Engine" group. To post to this group, send email to [email protected].
