Some feeback, but on content not on format.
I'd love to see more visibility into production issues that occurred during
the period you cover.
For example, re: the 8/19 outage, one of the notes from Nick said
"A postmortem with full details of the outage will be forthcoming."
Maybe I missed it, but I haven't seen that post mortem yet. Your newsletter
would be a good place to give some idea of what happened and when we
might expect to see the full details.
With the previous August notice (the higher latencies one) there very little
information as to the cause. A bit more detail on the cause(s) and the
action(s) taken would be interesting, useful and reassuring.
