Also, Another url is calling a webservice method on the following wsdl location. http://webservices.ticketvala.com/axis2/services/WSTicketvala?wsdl Generate the JAX-WS client code and invoke wsgetCity() method. It takes around 110-15 sec but exception comes before 10 sec.
