Thanks for your reply. I was thinking of building something similar to
a blogging platform like "blogger" or "tumblr" that provides the
service and hosting as a service. Was this also what you were
referring to?

Do you mean that the customer has to set up google apps for domains?
Is there a workaround for this? I'm not sure if my clients will have
enough technical knowledge to set this up.

By the way, if you don't mind, can you point me to your product. :D
