I have already created two apps in google appengine but now since the google apps accounts have been unified with the standard google accounts I am asked to verify my account with a mobile number. When I use my mobile number it tells me that the number has been used too many times or has already been used to verify an account.
I am just assuming it has something to do with the google apps account unification as it seems to make sense.
