Hi Google App Engine Team, I just tried to enable billing, but I couldn't find out my country China in the list. I chose another country, but it said my credit card was not acceptable. However, I can use my card to billing Google Storage with Checkout. I thing it's rather strange.
Then I find an solution here<http://code.google.com/intl/en/appengine/kb/billing.html#unlisted> which asks me to submit a form<http://code.google.com/support/bin/request.py?contact_type=AppEngineQuotaRequest> .
