Is this really true, that if you burst to 100 instances you won't get the 15-minute charges? Even if you have it set to "automatic"? I'd like to hear an official voice on this matter.
I updated the FAQ with a link to your explanation. Although I have to admit that i'm still somewhat confused about when the 15-minute charge will apply.
